The services division of DATA TECH Systems was continued as an independent company, Data Tech Services (Switzerland), after the sale of the former parent company. DATA TECH Systems was bought in 2009 after 14 years of business and a spin-off "Data Tech Services" was founded, which will position itself somewhat differently in the national and international ICT market.
